⚙️ Are there back taxes or liens associated with the property?

All properties are free, clear, and current at the time of conveyance unless otherwise stated in the listing.

⚙️ Why is the property so cheap?

We purchase at discounted rates so we can sell to you at wholesale prices.

⚙️ Does the property have utilities?

Unless listed in the property details, the rural properties we own do not have utilities. 

⚙️ Can I build a house? Raise crops? Keep animals on the property?

You will need to check with the county and homeowners associations (if applicable) regarding permitted property use. 

⚙️ Do I need an attorney or real estate agent?

Nope. We have a simple process of conveying property. However, we welcome you to hire others if you think it’s necessary.

⚙️ Can I close through a title company or purchase title insurance?

Yes, you may hire a title company for closing, this will incur extra closing costs.

⚙️ How do I find the property?

A link to an interactive map is provided in each listing, you may download the MapRight app and use the map link in the listing to get to the property. These property lines are estimates only based on the county assessor GIS.

⚙️ How does buying on terms work?

Once the down payment is made, we will email you a contract to sign and directions on how to make your monthly payment. You are free to use the land in accordance with the contract (example contract available upon request). Once paid off, you will receive a recorded special warranty deed within 30 days.

⚙️ What can I do with the property if I buy on terms?
